When packing for a trip, it’s always best to maximize as few pieces as possible (not my strong point) and think about which items you can use multiple times in different ways. Half of the time, I never end up wearing many of the things I bring along, as I am a chronic overpacker. This time around, I want to consider the best pieces that can be versatile and will be of use all week, rather than packing many items I’ll only use once!
This means lots of easy jersey-cotton dresses that double as cover-ups with flip flops, or an outfit for a night out when paired with wedges. I love having different shoe options, although I tend to just stick with flip flops most days. It’s nice to have a good pair that you can walk around a bit in, some wedges for dressing up, and also the requisite flip flops. Having lots of accessories, a bit of beauty supplies and a few good shoe choices that will pair well with easy outfits will keep my suitcase light. Check out a few of my favorite finds to travel with this summer!
