November beauty buys

This month I replaced a couple of key products (new highlighter, new brow product), and also found a new favorite fragrance that will stay feminine and light all day long. Shop my favorite recent buys below!

Sephora Collection
Golden Hour Luminizing Powder

I walked into Sephora fully ready to buy Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Highlighter, but got distracted by the Sephora Collection display. I would have been sold on price alone ($16 vs. $38), but after comparing, it was insane how similar the products were! After a couple of sample swipes on my wrist, I quickly snatched up Dusk, as I love softer pink highlighters. I was afraid it would run out quickly or show some sign of weakness, but honestly, it’s completely comparable to the brand name option. Highly recommend if you’re shopping beauty on a budget!

Marc Jacobs
Decadence Eau So Decadent
$29 – $112

This floral find had me sold the second I smelled it. It is light and flowery without being overpowering – some fragrances bother my nose when they’re too sweet, but this one is just right. It’s one of those classic scents that you can use no matter the season, and it’s definitely a more feminine fragrance great for everyday wear.

Brow Gel

I read an article about this cult classic beauty favorite, and knew I had to give it a try. With the increase in full brow popularity in past years, it’s just another thing to add to my daily beauty routine. However when I saw this promises three days of color (unless you choose to remove it sooner), I was sold! It does a great job of filling brows and staying put, so it is really nice for a bolder brow.
