March beauty buys

While I haven’t been big on buying too many new products lately, there are a few that I’ve found (or re-purchased) and really adore. When I like something, I’m so loyal to it! It may be fun to try out new products from time to time, but there’s nothing like having the go-to ones you love. This mascara is a definite “forever” find that I can’t ever see myself tiring of. Read on for some fun buys (that won’t cost a fortune).

MAKE UP FOR EVER Excessive Lash Arresting Volume Mascara
$25

This mascara. Oh my goodness. I got it as a ‘deluxe sample’ from Sephora, so essentially a travel size, and I’ve been in love ever since! It makes my lashes longer than they’ve been made by any other mascara – I’ve tried quite a few – and the skinny brush catches every teeny lash. I just bought the full size and can’t imagine switching to any other brand.

Kristin Ess The One Signature Conditioner
$10

I was really eager to try this line out the second it was announced. I have a giant bottle of Redken All Soft Shampoo (it is the best) I’m working my way through, so I decided to take only the conditioner from the Cleanse & Condition line for a test-run. Kristin Ess works on the best of the best, and Target is easily my favorite store. The combination was not a letdown! I love the soft scent, and its light formula. Very worth it for the price!

tarte Rainforest of the Sea Marine Boosting Mist
$12/$25

Smells of summer, feels wonderful. It boasts itself as a four-in-one primer, makeup setting spray, hydrating mist, and skin refresher, which is a lot of ground to cover.  It also says to help to minimize the appearance of pores, redness, and puffiness, which are near constant issues with my skin! I love how it doesn’t leave a residue but instead seems to sink in to your skin instantly. I’d definitely repurchase, even though it’s a bit of a luxury product.
