Luggage files

As I enter into my mid-twenties, I’m slowly realizing how many things my parents had that I used without thinking twice while living at home. It happened a lot after moving into our new apartment – it’s easy to forget that something as negligible as having cutting boards in the kitchen are an absolute necessity. Another one of those things? Luggage.

I’ve only flown on an airplane a few times, and my travel is usually limited to long car rides along the east coast. However the older I get, the more I realize the need to have luggage on hand for things that will come up, whether it’s a bachelorette party or traveling for work. Trying to use a weekender for a week-long trip – or even a long weekend – is no easy feat. But if you’ve ever shopped luggage, you know it can come with a huge price tag.

Shopping sales is always key, and both Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s are offering amazing discounts. Gilt is also always good for a deal. Shop some of my favorite luggage finds below – so good that you’ll be ready to plan that vacation you’ve been thinking about.
