Battling windy weather

The weather has been much cooler the past few days. I’ve been reaching for my winter coat more than I’d like (even though I do adore it), and my skin and hair are definitely noticing the extra cold breezes. Thankfully I’ve found some beauty finds to help cope.

I’ve been using The Estée Edit Pink Peony Overnight Water Pack, an amazing gel formula that does wonders for dry spots on my face. I’ve had a bit of a cold this week, and under my nose has looked worse for the wear. Putting a bit of this moisturizer on flaky patches instantly moisturizes the area, absorbing quickly and leaving my skin soft and refreshed.

I hadn’t tried argan oil before, but have been loving using Josie Maran’s 100 Percent Pure Argan Oil to hydrate everything from my skin to my hair and nails. When I have flyaways, this is the perfect fix. For giving myself manicures, it easily softens my cuticles and leaves my skin perfectly hydrated! It’s a good product to have on hand as the weather gets dryer.

My hair requires a lot of extra TLC in the winter, especially because it’s color-treated and I use my blow dryer more often than I like to admit. StriVectin’s Hair Ultimate Restore Deep Repair Mask is the right fix – it makes hair shiny and luxurious, and anything but frizzy. If you deal with dry hair during the winter, this is a good purchase.
